Derma Roller + After Q&A

I am from pakistan i have used .75 dermaroller for my large pores for 8 months my pores improve alot but now small brown patches appear on my cheeks will they fade away without any treatment? my colour is wheatish

Im almost 50 and have a very patchy beard so I used a derma roller on my face. I now have what looks like acne. Lots of red, white spots and lumps, stinging to the touch and my face is always warm. Im worried. Will this heal? What can I do?.. feeling very stupid!

I had done what was supposed to be a very light derma roller treatment on my face (0.5 needles) and now my skin texture is like orange peel skin and super uneven with bumps. If i had known this could happen I would never have had done it. To me it looks like scarring and I don't think it will change to normal again - Am I wrong? (procedure was 3 month ago)

I g ot a buzz hair cut in july 15 july 2024 then i used a 0.5 mm derma roler Like in eery 3 days for 15 days then I had skin shedding on A very small place on scalp. The in August I got A used Derma roller 1.5mm i started using that for next month . After a month. i Realised that my skin become darker and There was no hair on some hairline where They used To be and A little Scar on right side And very thin hair where I had Dence hair. Now Im so sad and feel low . Why i did this with me.Help

Can we use alpha arbutin with hyaluronic acid after derma rolling?

I'm using 0.5 derma roller and I first faced burning sensation then redness of the skin and next day I got small tiny bumps. How to get rid of those bumps?

After the using of derma roller I washed my face with cold tap water to avoid a burning sensation. I also applied Vitamin E on face but I still have burning sensations

I've been dermarolling my face and neck for 2 years. My neck looks terrible. Worse than before I started. Is this from dermarolling and how can I fix this? Help!
