Thank you so much for your question. When we use derma roller at home there are few precautions we should take care of like .. not to use retinol creams for 3 days before and after the treatment . Also we should always stick to derma roller with 0.25 mm needles only so not to be harsh on our skin . Saying that most probably the burning sensation is due to irritation caused by the derma roller so try to apply a good moisturizer and avoid any night creams for the next 3 days and please do not forget your sunscreen.All the best.
