Why does my skin have a burning sensation after using my Derma Roller?

After the using of derma roller I washed my face with cold tap water to avoid a burning sensation. I also applied Vitamin E on face but I still have burning sensations

Really depends on your skin sensitivities and the depth of rolling. I agree with Dr Gupta, pathology of chicken pox scar is very different to atrophic acne scars. You may get very little traction out of the 0.5 roller, however if you are sensible you can give this a go before seeing a dermatologist. Dr Davin S. Lim, Brisbane. Australia.
