the nose will be essentially as strong as it was with minor differences. this will take at least 4 months for the bones to heal and several more to "remodel" it will still be tender during this time
The nose will heal like any other broken bone. At least six weeks before any contant sports and even then the riskd of damage is greater then before surgery. However eventually your nose will be as strong as pre-op
The strength of your nose after surgery will depend on what was done;, for example how much of the underlying structure was interrupted. In general, I tell my patients to avoid any nasal trauma for 6 weeks after surgery. In most situations the nose will be almost as strong as in was pre-operatively and in some cases actually stronger.
Relax, gentle touching of your nose should have no effect on the result. Short of bumping your nose or pushing hard enough to move something (significant pressure) you will not harm your rhinoplasty
You do still appear to be quite swollen. Only your surgeon knows what maneuvers were done with your tip cartilages but I would expect the skin to shrink and the tip to get more defined. Hang in there!
