So I've been with braces for three months now my dentist said I need for premolars removed (4 ,13,21, and 28) I'm really scared about it now for the pain so much but for all the stories I read on the internet about sunken face I fell my face is way to long now

From the photos of your teeth and your profile, I think your plan is a good one.  With the amount of crowding you have and the teeth your Dr wants removed, there should be minimal change in your facial profile. 
For what it is worth, I would classify your case as much more than average difficulty.  The teeth your Dr has chosen to remove show me that his plan was well thought out from both a facial balance standpoint as well as a smile/bite standpoint.  I think you are in good hands.
