Dental implants: Infection or bone graft material? (photos)

Asked By:demosthenes in New York, NY

I had an implant placed in my maxillary central incisior area. The implant was placed 5 months ago along with bone graft. Now for the past week or so I'm getting white pimples which come out and pop every one or two days. There is no pain whatsoever. Is this an infection or just graft material coming out.?
