Dental implants: Infection or bone graft material? (photos)

Thanks for posting the pictures. The pimple that pops and returns is very typical of an area of infection. Bone grafting material will usually be small granular particles. I suggest getting into your dentist ASAP to make sure the implant isn't developing an infection that may cause it to fail. 

I can't really tell from the photo, but if the white material is hard to the touch it is most likely a piece of bone graft material. The more important question is whether there is a fistula, which is a track that originates from a point of infection out into the mouth for drainage. Please see your implant surgeon to confirm.
