I had rhinoplasty silicon implant to my nose for over 15 years. Recently I had been regularly having inflamed turbinates and consistent sore throat. The ENT suggested that this is a chronic condition. Is it likely that I have developed an allergy to the silicon implant?

To be honest you're nose is very nice. It does however look a little too long with a high radix(bridge if nose). If your nose was shortened it would look cuter. Your tip is actually very good. It would not change your eyes however.
I wish it was that easy to straighten a crooked nose. Your nose may look better momentarily but it will do nothing to the underlying bone and cartilage which is the cause of your deviation.
