I have gaps between all teeth. I'm 33. I smoked for 12 years, stopped 2 years ago. I also kept bad oral cleaning for years. This led to gum disease, which led to gaps between teeth. I think has been cured now by my dentist due to root planning and scaling. Now I keep good oral care. My mouth feels much better. But I hate food getting stuck in the gaps. Is there a solution for this? P.s. I also gring my teeth at night

From your photo it looks like your biggest concern is the malposition of your teeth.  You seem to have spacing and crowding issues with some teeth rotated.  I really easy way to treat this is by straightening your teeth.  No, it does not need to be with metal braces.  Invisalign could be a great option for you to acheive the goals you want.  You should seek out the consultation of a certified Invisalign doctor who can properly diagnose you and make sure you are a good candidate for it.  Good luck.

Unfortunately the only solution is to perform porcelain crowns, whats causing receding gums and having spaces in between the teeth can not be fixed aesthetically unless it is done with crowns. This could be a good solution for you.we can change shape , size and even color to make them more aesthetic. Hope this helps
