Yellow liquid/serum coming out from donor area from day 3 to now (day 6) . When will it stop? What is the reason for this liquid discharge? Looks like until it stop woods will not heal . Any medicine to heal the donor area quickly?

Most likely those are the shaved hairs from preparing for surgery. Any grafts falling out so early would have created some bleeding from the sites and if this did not occur, its not damaged or fallen grafts. Having said that, its always best to be careful and gentle with the transplanted...
The hairline should be done in 100% single hairs in the proper angle and direction in order to get natural result. Anything more than single hair, esp if have coarser hair, and you will get an unnatural outcome that looks pluggy.
The triples and double can be removed by FUE and reused...
