8 years after PRK - do I need glasses or is there a touch-up?

After 8 years of prk, checked my eyesightness at the dr’s office and Got +0.25 -0.75right eye and -0.25 -0.50 left eye .. do i really need glasses or is there a touch up for prk and i remember i had scarring 2 months after the surgery in one eye and the other one was perfect

I think you dont need one more surgery .. only you can use glasses during night driving.. when there is corneal scarring second surgery is risky..
