I think you dont need one more surgery .. only you can use glasses during night driving.. when there is corneal scarring second surgery is risky..
when you use your glasses, if there is any correction of strabismus, lasik surgery may help.. but lasik may not help fully correction of strabismus.. at least your glasses number would be less than before after lasik surgery
you may have minimal astigmatism remained, this may cause galre halo.. enhancement surgery may be usefull for you but you will need near glasses for future...
after surgery sometimes there might be regression of myopia, and very rarely you may need second laser operation to correct. usually night vision problems are related with myopia..
