I am confused about tooth extraction or IPR for my mouth protrusion which is not severe? (photos)

Tooth extraction instead of IPR can cause severe retraction of mouth in orthodontic treatment ? If I chose IPR for treatment , it will produce marked changes to the side view of my mouth ? Could you give me some advice about tooth extraction or IPR for my problem ?

I would do neither IPR or extraction in my office. Your teeth are crowded because there is insufficient space to accommodate straight teeth. I would first create more space by enlarging your dental arches, then you will have sufficient space without doing either IPR or extraction. You definitely do NOT want to extract any teeth.Good luck!
