My front bottom teeth are worn down, how should this problem be approached? (photo)

Hi All my button front teeth are worn down from grinding and bite issues, I've been wearing a partial for a few years now. I got some implants on top and I'm waiting for it to heal, however my dentist didn't offer a long term solution for my entire mouth at this point. Isn't it something I should be expecting from him since it's a prosthodontist practice ? Please advise.

It is difficult to evaluate without any Xrays. But from the pic, we can see that even your teeth are worn out, they have strong roots. So I believe a good solution for you could be performing crowns, porcelain crowns, and of course it is possible to match your upper teeth color and fix your bite. Also we can choose size, shape, height, etc. We can also work on the gums, to make them look nice, all it requires is 8 days. Hope this helps. Thank you.

It does appear that you have significant wear on your lower anterior teeth.  I would suggest you discuss this with your dentist.  I am sure he has evaluated these teeth and has a plan.  A night guard should definitely be considered to prevent further wear.  Good luck to you!
