I know there are a few nerves in the face esp the trigeminal nerve, could it be possible to hit the end edge during crowns? I’ve had horrible pain for almost a year now. I’ve gone to every type of doctor possible. I have pain from where “tmj” starts to my neck where I swallow. I saw ent, vascular and my primary. The end result; now I’m on gabapentin in which it helps somewhat. Would I ever gain full ROM without pain ever? I need more dental work but I’m scared
