Multiple coats of black mascara can certainly help with thickness. For length, an eyelash transplant  is an option to consider. My patients end up being very happy with their results. Usually these procedures are performed with regular head hair follicles. But my office at the Dr.U Clinic is able to conduct these surgeries using thinner, closer matches to real eyelash hairs. One example is nape hair. Safely extracting these follicles requires more specialized punch tools due to the sharp exit angle of these hairs. If you’d like to see what nape hair looks like in the final results, here is a patient example below. She loves being able to choose the length of her lashes as well as the freedom from topical drugs and extensions.
