I've been using them for about a month. It has cleared up my face a little bit, but this is how it looks. The blurred out parts do not have any acne on them. Is this how it should look one month in? When do you normally see results with this product?

The amount of skin laxity that you provide in the picture is not concerning and may be normal.I don't believe that retinoid creams will help change that. There is slight tightening of the skin with routine use of retinoids.
