How long does it normally take Tretinoin to work?

15/F/Fair skin. I'm about 2-3 weeks in and my skin is still adjusting (redness and peeling is occurring)

Always opt for ceramide creams that have multi-function. While on Retin A, we advise our patients to use Elevase Moisture Booster twice daily to moisturize. The cream contains Opti-Ceramides. Best,Dr. Karamanoukian

Can tretinoin make the tear trough less visible?

While tretinoin will help with fine lines and produce some collagen, it will not fill in deep areas of the face that are volume deficient, such as the tear trough.  Hyaluronic acid fillers like Belotero and Restylane are best for that problem.
