Would EVLT be able to treat the vein in my inner thigh/knee/ankle?

It's hard coming to terms with this. I can never draw or go out in public with shorts ever again. Because of this vein inner thigh knee to ankle. It's ugly. And can't ever be fixed without major surgery. And after researching. Even with surgery because I have deep reflux things can get away worse and more veins will go bad leading to pain that I don't have right now . It sucks that nothing can be done that works. I feel so hopeless

Yes your varicose veins can be effectively treated. Vein Treatment can be a bit confusing.  EVLT treats the Saphenous Vein that underlies the varicose veins. Treating the Saphenous vein first is important as that is the underlying cause of the problem.  The varicose veins on thigh, knee to ankle are most likely branches of the Saphenous vein.   Sometimes maybe 10- 20% of the varicose veins go away after treating just the saphenous vein but most the time the varicose veins will need additional treatment with Ultrasound Guided Foam Sclerotherapy.
