12 sessions with Alma Soprano Ice Platinum and I don't see such a decrease in hair growth on my arms

Question

I`ve had 12 sessions with alma soprano ice platinum and i don´t know if i should continue. My legs have been responding really well but my arms still have about 60% of the hair. It grows slower and thinner but it´s been a year. The bikini zone also has around 50-60% of the hair. Should i switch to smth else and if so to what? The salon recommended that we use a punctual technique next time so no more those extensive motions. Do my hair vitamins also interfere? Should i stop taking them? Thanks!

Please know that it will take a series of treatments to get improvement. Vitamins should not impact. I typically have patients do laser hair removal every 4 weeks for the first 3 sessions and then every 4 to 6 weeks for the following 3 sessions. This schedule gives great results with hair removal.
