Does black seed oil affect laser hair removal?

I just started taking black seed oil. I also read that it is good for the skin. I am a black women who has a lot of facial hair and dark spots on my facial from shaving and in grown hairs. I heard that the black seed oil can help with skin discoloration to fade the dark spots. But I am also starting laser hair removal treatments to get rid of the hair. Black seed oil also has claims of making hair grow. So if I use it on my face, would it counteract my laser treatments and increase hair growth?
