There are surgical permanent solutions to gummy smile, but there can also be some permanent complications that are difficult to correct. There are ways to inject neuromodulators such as Daxxify or Botox so that the effect will last 6 months. If I will you I would choose 2 injections a year over a complicated major surgery that may or may not help you. As you get older you will likely "outgrow" your gummy smile. In addition to the gummy smile you have a very narrow V shaped Maxilla. This also causes Deep Nalas Labial grooves, the indentations from nose to the upper lip. This occurs because there is insufficient hard tissues to support your facial tissues.

Do you also have any TMJoint issues? Headaches? They are more common in narrow V shaped arches.
