My smile has been bothering me because of two reasons: the first one being that it looks narrow and the second is that it is a little on the gummy side. I suspect I might have slight vertical excess growth of my maxilla. From what I understand after looking it up, fixing gummy smiles permanently requires surgery. I would rather invest in something that lasts rather than pay to get upper lip botox over and over.
