Rash from tretinoin after 6 months of use

Hi, I have used tretinoin for over 6 months to help with the wrinkles. I have used it at night, and sunscreen during the day even though I live in New England (USA) and winter days are grey and short. The last two weeks, I have developed a rash on the chin area that is spreading above the lip and cheeks. It looks like tinny red bumps, kind of acne but tinny. Is there anything you would suggest? Thank you.
