Can I continue to exercise with ruptured implants?

Both my silicone implants have ruptured—one is intracapsular and the other extracapsular. I do running and strength training, but I am not sure if I can continue to exercise until I can get the surgery to have them replaced. My appointment with the surgeon is only in a month. Will exercising worsen the ruptures (particularly the extracapsular)?
