Am I going to look weird after a gum lift if I already have permanent crowns on my front teeth? (Photo)

I'm looking to get a gum lift (gingivectomy) but I am worried I will look weird as I already have crowns on my front two teeth. Will I need to replace them after the procedure? Is it possible they can do it all at the same time? I'm not really sure what to expect.
