My skin has changed since I had smart lipo almost 6 weeks ago. It didn't look like this prior to me having the procedure. Is it going to change back to a firmer look?

I would wait 6 months and reassess. If there is a need for revision, find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of liposuction and liposuction revision procedures each year. The photos are very dark so it is hard to say. If your skin was loose before it will be looser afterwards.

The pictures show wrinkled and excess skin. I do not have your before pictures,but based on after pictures you were not a good candidate for liposuction(laser,vaser or traditional). You will need tummy tuck and I would wait at least six months to let your tissue heal.
