Do I need to see the surgeon or my regular GP to have this looked at? I'm worried because I had a breast lift and implants last year and had to have the implants removed one month after the original surgery because of seroma and resulting tissue necrosis which was not able to be treated effectively with antibiotics. The tissue is beginning to look the same, and I have returned to taking a pain medication after a couple of weeks needing nothing. Plus I'm still very swollen.
