I also have many bumps ams irregularities I know much of this is normal bit I expected to at least look like I had some fat removed I am only 114 pounds and with exercise just couldn't get rid of my mommy belly I am upset thus far but know it taks time. Answer: Results after laser liposuction
Final results from laser liposuction are not evident for weeks to months after surgery, because the swelling from the operation needs to completely resolve, and the skin in the areas that were suctioned needs time to shrink down to the smaller volume.

Answer: No results two weeks after liposuction
Be patient. You may just have post operative swelling. But on the other hand.........
If your mom belly was because of stretched out abdominal muscles, lipo will not help. Lipo only helps a thick fat pad and at 114lbs my guess is that your abdominal fat was pretty thin. Maybe you had the wrong operation? Lax abdominal muscles are treated with abdominoplasty, not liposuction.
It's important to consult a board certified plastic surgeon who can guide you to the correct operation. Doctors who only do lipo, even if it is laser lipo are really limited not only in their treatment of the abdomen but also their experience and knowlege of the different factors contributing to abdominal contour. Remember, if you only tool is a hammer, all the world is a nail.
