Our practice,Plastic Surgery Specialists, has been placing the balloons since May of this year, and we have seen great success in many patients thus far. It is a great option for our patients who are considering body contour surgery but would be better served to be at an optimal weight first. I feel assisting patients in this regard should be a part of every aesthetic practice. In the Northern California area the cost for Obalon ranges from $8-10,000 depending on incentives offered by the company or individual practices.
