Do I have DUPA? Or am I losing hair all over my scalp due to disease or other issue? (Photos)

Microscope pictures attached of my donor. I believe that I have miniaturization everywhere on my scalp, and possibly worse on the donor area (sides and back), which is confusing because my hairline is not receding, N1 . I've attached some microscope pictures of the sides and back of my scalp. I have a suspected copper deficiency as well. Is this DUPA, or a deficiency? Bloodwork was abnormal, copper 55, low ceruloplasmin, high bilirubin, low vit d, high iron (normal ferritin). Male pattern baldness isn't very strong in my family

It would appear there is some degree of miniaturization. However, whether this is due to androgenetic alopecia or some other cause requires a proper history and good examination involving the entire scalp and not just the area shown here. There is redness in the scalp and that too needs proper...
