Based on your photos, it looks like you’re developing male pattern baldness (MPB). Good news is, you can tackle the issue early on before it gets worse. One way to do it is with FDA-approved medications, such as Minoxidil and Finasteride. 
However, since your hair loss is confined to your temples for now, and you’re so young, I personally think it’s best to give botanicals a try. Here's one that I recommend. There is a good chance it’ll prevent hair loss progression, at least for now, and you won’t have to get on minoxidil or finasteride just yet or get a hair transplant surgery until later in life.

Based on your photos, it does appear that you are showing early signs of androgenetic alopecia. In men, this typically presents as thinning at the temples and recession of the frontotemporal line. The good news is that you are early in the process and this works in your favor. See a board certified dermatologist who will do a good exam with a dermatoscope looking for terminal hair diameter diversity and sebaceous gland hypertrophy which would support the diagnosis. Other potential causes of hair loss would also be ruled out. There are many treatment options available and usually these are presented as a combination approach, including finasteride, minoxidil possibly with retonoic acid and platelet, rich plasma. Early intervention is critical in preventing future progression and giving the best shot at regrowth. Always bear in mind that hair loss treatments are considered indefinite and as long as the patient wishes to maintain their results, the treatment should be continued. Patients are often surprised to learn that ongoing therapy is necessary.

I recommend seeing a board-certified dermatologist in your area so they can take a closer look at your scalp. They should be able to use a special tool called a dermatoscope to look closer at the hair follicles. From there, they will be able to go over treatment options with you.
