Buccal fat removal?

I am 32 years old biological female I have had cheekbone, under eye, nasolabial, jawline, and chin filler. I really dont mind how i look when my face is at rest, however, i know i could improve My front profile and side profile. However, i cant stand how i look when i smile. Please could someone give me some input? I was considering moving the fat around in my face. Maybe buccal fat removal. Something. I feel like i dont have enough facial defintion. I look a bit bulbous.
