What would the process be to get Invisalign a second time with a new dentist? (photo)

Invisalign will transfer the case to your new dentist. He can then submit a refinement. You will have to pay the new dentist something, but he should not have to pay Invisalign for the refinement and so will save himself about $1600. This savings should be reflected in the price you pay.

I have had this situation both in having patients move out and come in.  The transfer process is easy with Invisalign...luckily since we are living in a very mobile society.  Find a good Invisalign doc in your new area from the website (interview the office on the phone when you call and call a few.  I suggest a real qualified cosmetic dentist who can also do your gum lift at the end of Inv. treatment.)  Then as mentioned below, the doc you pick can call AlignTech and have the case transferred over and start you up as a refinement to what has been done so far. Fees should be adjusted accordingly too.  Our first case the previous dentist sent us the check as the patient had to leave very early in the treatment that office started.
