Microblading color completely gone and now just red, is that normal? 9 days post-op. (photos)

I’m on day nine of my first microblading appointment and the color appears to be completely and I just have red patches where the stroke used to be. Is this normal? I haven’t seen anyone with this outcome online before. Day one and day nine shown below. I tried to keep them dry but they got humid in the shower, I patted them after showers to make sure they stayed dry. I don’t understand what could lead to results like this. Will they come back even though there is nothing left?
