Question

Hi I’m 58 and have terrible lines on the sides of my face when I smile. It won’t be long before they’ll be there even when I’m not smiling. Iv had three microneedling sessions with skin boosters and no improvement. Would a laser treatment help or anything else you can suggest ? Iv had sculptra , pro threads but nothing helps . I just want something that will definitely help please . Thank you

Lines on the cheeks when smiling are often related to a mix of skin quality, collagen loss, volume changes, and natural movement of the face. Since microneedling, skin boosters, Sculptra, and threads have not given you the improvement you wanted, it may be worth discussing laser resurfacing with an experienced dermatologist. Depending on your skin type and downtime tolerance, options like CO2, Fraxel, or another resurfacing laser may help improve texture and stimulate collagen, but no treatment can honestly be guaranteed.
