I had my second implant on the top left (side of front tooth). Could this tingly numb feeling be implant related?

2 years on.. I have tingly numb feeling in my cheek bone and under my eye with tingling occasionally down my cheek. I thought it was sinus related but my Dr said not.. this has been for the last 6 weeks and not improving, could it be implant related
