2 years on.. I have tingly numb feeling in my cheek bone and under my eye with tingling occasionally down my cheek. I thought it was sinus related but my Dr said not.. this has been for the last 6 weeks and not improving, could it be implant related

Anastrozole has side effect of osteoporosis and osteopenia so it does affect the quality of bone in the jaw as well the healing process of the bone around the implant, so dental implant won’t be recommended in this case.
Botox treatment will have no effect on dental implant healing process. You should be able to safely go through with Botox and dental implant treatments at the same time.
Lost bone will not grow back with a dental implant. However, a dental implant will help maintain the existing bone architecture and prevent or minimize further bone loss in the future.
