Every chin implant material will cause what is better described as bone imprinting, a self limited settling of the underside of the implant into the bone. The material is not what causes it but the body's natural way to relief the pressure of an artificial interface between the bone and the overlying tight soft tissue chin pad.
It is best to 'carve' the material specific to you rather than use 'off the shelf' sizes which may not suit your structure. Gortex is one material to allow this adjustment
You may be a candidate for a small or extra-small chin implant. Your mentolabial fold appears well defined so a larger implant would not be appealing. More photos and a clinical exam would be helpful to provide better advice.
Both chin widening, brow bone and infraorbital implants all have to be custom made based on the patient's 3D CT scan. Such surgeries can all be done at the same time.
