Cosmelan treatment for melasma - will this be the best treatment option? (Photos)

Iam 45 and have had melasma for 4 years. Have tried skin cycling with products like vit c, tranxemic acid, kojic acid, alpha arbutin, retinol, glycolic acid, niacinamide. The skin has lightened but melasma especially which is under my eyes is not going away. Planning to get cosmelan treatment in 2 weeks. Attaching my pic for reference. Please suggest if it's the right decision.
