Hair loss from all over scalp and itching - what kind of hair loss is this? (Photos)

I am having hair loss from all over the scalp including from the the nape of the neck and sides above the ear.. and in addition to this it itches subconsciously when I I sleep becoz when I wake up there are two three spots on scalp which are bleeding due to intense scratching I have during unconsciously sleep.. I am i am talking for 3 months but no improvement and every dermatologist I ivisited keep telling that it aga with seb derm but I idont think so.. any suggestions will be appreciated as I iam very confused
