Volume loss after laser and subcision treatment - what treatments will increase volume? (Photo)

I had two sessions or rejuran and infini ,one session of laser and subcission treatment for my atrophic chicken pox scars .But after the last treatment I noticed the volume loss under the scar although the texture gets better .Is there any way to make the volume full and even with the skin ..Are the filler permanent ? Should justget more treatment for volume loss ?

Fat transfer is another option that not only restores volume but can also improve skin quality. The volume loss you’re seeing can be corrected. The most common and effective way is with fillers (like hyaluronic acid) placed under the scar to lift it — these aren’t permanent, but usually last 6–18 months and can be repeated.

If you want something longer-lasting, collagen-stimulating injectables (like Sculptra or Radiesse) help your own skin build volume gradually. For a more permanent option, fat grafting can also restore fullness.
