Dental bone graft. What is this white stuff? (Photo)

I have ridge preservation around 6 weeks. Last 4 days I still see some white stuff around. Today I noticed just little piece still there. What is the white stuff? Is it piece of bone graft? Is it healing normal? Please help and advice. Thanks
