Answer: Fat Injection and Rhinoplasty Before answering your question, I would like to point out that there is not anything as the best version of oneself. People, like yourself, have a balanced face with no need for any specific surgery. The proposal to have plastic surgery has to emerge from someone's own desire to change a particular part of the face. this has to be a motivation that is genuine and long term, as these surgeries usually produce a permanent change and it should be only taken after proper consultation and consideration about possible risks and side effects.

However the nose makes a big difference in one’s appearance. If you feel that your nose is too wide in the bridge and tip, a rhinoplasty could address that, but it is all a matter of taste ultimately and not a question of need.
