Last year I lost my left upper premolar due to failed root canal and now have an implant. Currently bone loss is severe on both sides of upper molars. An Endodonist pulled my first and second left molars and did bone grafting for implants even though I wasn't in pain, the teeth were not decayed nor loose. He said implants would save me money in the long run.
