Not sure if I have TE or AGA. I have been using Minoxodil for 3 months and hair loss is worse, should I stop using it?

I have been using minox after getting a biopsy that said aga even though the derm was 100% sure I had TE before the biopsy and couldn’t explain the results. I have now been to 2 derms and 1 trichologist since who all said I 100% have TE and not aga. I have been on minox for 3 months and my hair loss is just getting worse and worse. My question is should I stop minox? And should I trust the derms+ trichologist over the biopsy?

Because you have started using minoxidil just for four weeks the risk of aggravation of hair loss after discontinuing the minoxidil is not high, about 5 percent of individuals have different forms of hypersensitivity to minoxidil which needs to discontinue or changed to %2 after resolving the issue
