How can I reversing hydroquinone effects on my nose?

So about 3 years ago I was prescribed retin a + hydroquinone mix to lighten a scar but it ended up ruining my skin the area i used it was the nose... Now my nose is a little pale compared to the rest of the skin.. How can I fix this if possible?

The effects of skin lightnening products  like hydroquinone usually fade with time. If you still have hypopigmentation of the area treated in the past I suggest you consult with a dermatologist.
