Can Invisalign crack my crowns?

Hi I have four crowns on my top front teeth. Now I need to do invisilign as the crowns are grinding down my bottom teeth due to my over bite. Im also experiencing achy jaws when I chew . My question is, if I get invisilign would it crack my crowns?

invisalign is >1mm thick tray and it apply very light force on teeth. but as u have bruxism so this tray will protect teeth by preventing further grinding.
