I had an extraction\bone graft 4 days ago. Is it ok that the stitches, membrane, and large clump of bone graft came out?

I had an extraction\bone graft 4 days ago. Tonight stitches on both sides had come out, so I trimmed them as my surgeon instructed- however right after I trimmed them, they all came out and the membrane and a large amount of the bone graft came out. Could this still be ok?
