(ot salibrasion) but basically went over the tattoo with no ink and then when the skin was opened up put salt and water paste on it for 30 minutes. And today it is red and bruised all around it is this normal? I want to know if this is normal it doesn't appear infected and is just generally sore surrounding it, not even directly where it happened if that makes sense
