I got a USB microscope to check if my crown was thinning - is there any miniaturization present in any of these photos?

I've been worried that I'm thinning in my crown but I also have a cowlick with low density fine textured hair, so I'm not sure if I'm actually balding or just have fine hair. I attached a few pictures of my crown (with a USB microscope) taken in the areas that I felt were the most thin. Is there miniaturization going on?

Based on your photos, it does appear that you are showing early signs of androgenetic alopecia. In men, this typically presents as thinning at the temples and recession of the frontotemporal line. The good news is that you are early in the process and this works in your favor. See a board...
