My labiomental fold is not well defined. I've read that the most ideal/attractive angle is between 107° to 118°. Mine is definitely higher than that range (closer to 160°?). I know that deep folds can make you look much older , so I don't want that. But I feel like a more defined one will make me look more feminine. I also have a very vertically long chin, that doesnt help matters either. What can be done about this, do I need to see a othodontist/dental surgeon? Or can this be fixed with PS?

The midface/upper jaw appears to be 'set back' from the 'normal' emphasizing the nose prominence. The distance under the chin is also less than average. After discussion with and orthodontist and Maxillofacial surgeon, you could consider moving both forward to achieve fullness and a changed...
Yes, the upper jaw has to be 'moved down' and measured at surgery to ensure the amount of movement. The teeth cannot be lengthened so moving the bone is the only true option. Talk to the surgeon. He can maintain the same bite
The actual bone shape at the angle does not with osteotomies so you need to have a jawline implant ( see website) to alter the contours. It can be done at the same surgery or afterwards. It is a very esthetic change
