What is the best epilator or laser hair removal (dry, sensitive skin)?

Hello, I am afraid of doing laser hair treatment as I read it may darken my skin and cause irritation. I want to use Epilator like Braun for all areas in my body but I am scared also if it will make it dark. Which one do you recommend? (My skin is sensitive and dry).
