We use the PicoSure 532 within our office. This laser head is designed to effectively remove color ink on tattoos. In the past, the color was harder to remove, not the case now. We also use the PicoSure 1064 which is designed to remove tattoos from dark skin, and in less time. If you reach out to our office we'll be happy to show you before and after shots, using the 532. So to answer your question, the 532 is effective and safest way to remove color tattoos.
